Act 60 Charitable Contribution Eligible Entity

The Scouting America Puerto Rico Council is listed as a nonprofit entity which operates in Puerto Rico and is certified under Section 1101.01 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code, eligible for Act 60 (former Act 20/22) Charity Donations which qualify under both contribution categories – Eradicating Child Poverty and other services rendered directly to the community.

Annual donation deadline!

Act 60 investors must also submit their donation before December 31 and present proof in their annual report in May.
